Energy Performance Certificate

From the 01st October 2008, all rental properties being advertised or starting a new tenancy (in England & Wales) are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can arrange for a local company to do this for you.

Gas Safety Certificate

Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, all gas appliances, flues and pipe work must be inspected by a GAS SAFETY registered engineer every 12 months. A copy of this report must be provided to the tenant and/or kept at the property. We can arrange an experienced, local GAS SAFETY registered engineer to inspect your property.
