Postcard from Belize: Reflections from Abroad

Ok folks, I apologize for the ever-so-slight delay in my posts this week. I’m actually in Taiwan for a week and the 15-hour time difference is seriously kicking my rear!  But it’s been an amazing ride so far.

I am here at the invitation of the Taiwan Tourism Board and Matador, on a foodie tour around the island. I got the offer before I joined the Road Warrior program in Belize, so the result is that I get to do both!  Truly a blessing.

(*Note: While both of these trips – Taiwan and Belize – are sponsored by Tourism Boards, as always all of my opinions and reviews are entirely my own. I only include or write about those experiences that I stand fully behind).

So in a week I will be back in Belize, and back on more adventures that I can’t wait to share!

I’ll still be posting Belize postcards and stories so fear not, there’s no planned interruption. :-)

Thanks for your patience and for following, I truly appreciate all of you.

Ni Hao! That’s good morning in Taiwanese, and look out for my upcoming Caye Caulker guide.
